Amazing service from the moment we arrived! They also validate parking! We got the spicy pork bone soup and tomato soup! The tomato broth was so flavorful. We ordered the lunch set and it was sooo filling! There was an array of vegetables, fish tofu, mushroom, noodles and meat. Both of the beef options were so good, and everything tasted very fresh. The sauce was clean and stocked with everything. Our server was so busy but still attentive. Overall, a great experience!

We had a good experience here. They have their own sauce/appetizer bar. They also have a congee corner that you could get. The hot pot can be either 1, 2 or 4 broths. 4 is more expensive but we wanted to try more out. The broths we tried were: Tom yum: slightly tangy but awesome flavor! Pork Bone: like a tonkatsu broth. this was our favorite! spicy beef: pretty spicy. its good, but the spice adds up miso: this was pretty average. They have their own Haidilao beers so of course I had to try them out. Got the lager and the wheat beer. Both were pretty decent. I liked the lager a little more. Once you order, they use robots to help bring everything out. Kinda fun. Not fully automated though. They were pretty much glorified serving trays on wheels. They'll get there. The meats and veggies were fresh and you get a good amount. We were stuffed! They have a dessert bar with the sweet tofu. Also don't forget the ice cream near the front door. Grab 2 or 5 spoons though. They're flimsy and will break on you. Overall good hot pot joint. We enjoyed our meal and will likely be back.

4.5 Stars - I had a great experience here :) Loved the little touches like the complimentary snacks and ice cream. The variety of items available are awesome. The robot waiter is adorable. I can see how it can get really pricey, but the lunch special ($19.99) they have right now is really great value-wise (Comes with a protein, a starch, and a plate of veggies/tofu/extras). Sauce bar has dessert too :) Service is so incredible attentive and polite.

We got the tomato soup base, thai tom yum soup base, bone broth and the vege & fish hot pot base. We got proteins/veggies including chicken, lamb, the tofu combo, the mushroom combo, fried bean curd rolls, tofu skin, corn, pumpkin & ramen noodles. For drinks we got the Thai young coconut and for dessert we got the crispy milk treats, ice cream, jello with fruits and custard. They have parking in the building, below the restaurant, which can be validated. The service was quick, but the ventilation wasn't adequate inside. The condiment stations were also not located or planned well and were in the middle of the walking pathway. Advice to the wise: check out the condiment station before you order protein and veggies. A lot of side salad & sauces are included. Soups, ice cream & teas are included and located at the entrance. The tomato broth and the tofu/mushroom combos were a great combination.

Juan was our server. He was very attentive and helpful, he offered eyeglasses wipes for our party and hair ties for the girls. Excellent service throughout the meal. Food was delicious, ordering was easy via ipad. Food came out quick, soup bases are delicious, loved that it is not watered down and they used the specific broth for the soup bases. Can get expensive but worth it.

The best lunch special around! $19.99 for a soup base, meat dish (beef or lamb), vegetable, a drink, and their unlimited sauce/dessert bar. The food was excellent and so delicious but to top it off, the ambiance is great, facilities are super clean, and the servers are all so nice. It really was a lovely dining experience and I would highly recommend it! By the way, they validate for the parking garage right next to them!

The service here is top notch, you can't really compete when it comes to a hot pot restaurant. I can't believe I still haven't reviewed this place after coming here for 3 years already. The dedicated server always check on you without having to ask or wave your hand for them to come. Coming here for birthday was the best way to celebrate. They even bring the sign and sign a birthday song to you with complimentary birthday dessert WITH CANDLES. On top part, Zoe the manager and Cynthia the staff gave us the perfect experience so thank you for that. The food is amazing and high quality. They have done a wonderful upgrade on the interior lately and i love all the decorations on the inside. They even have the face changing show that embraces the Chinese culture, it's a great performance and something to see at least once in your lifetime. The noodle dance ($4.99) is worth ordering too, you get to see how their noodle master swing around the noodle to stretch to its desire tenderness and strength. I highly recommend ordering the pork chicken broth as well as the Sichuan spicy pot. Super good

I was skeptical about Haidilao, seeing all of the social media posts..it seemed almost too good to be true. While the cost vs value is probably better at other hot pot establishments, the overall experience, attention to detail, and service are top notch! This is also a very modern, clean, and classy restaurant. First off, they offer hair ties for anyone in your party that has long hair. Next, if you wear glasses, they offer lens wipes knowing your glasses may fog up and get some splatter during the meal. Then comes the aprons - yes they provide aprons to help protect your clothes throughout your meal experience. The soup base options, different veggies, and meats/seafood were really good. It might seem expensive at first with the a la carte pricing, but it really fills you up quickly - looking back, we could have ordered less. Complementary kids meals are also provided upon request that includes dino nuggets, fruit, custard bun, and yogurt drink. And they also have a kids hot pot combo plate that comes with veggies, corn, fish, spam, noodles for $6. If you have kids or if this is your first time, make sure you order the Dancing Noodles. It's cool entertainment and some pretty good noodles too for $5. Seasoning bar is $4 per person and allows you to be creative in coming up with your own original dipping sauces. It does include some snacks, cold appetizers, fruit, and dessert as well. On your way out, don't forget the complementary ice cream. Best value is during lunch hours Mon-Fri where they offer lunch specials. 3 hour validation is now provided in the building parking structure and a huge plus! Overall experience was excellent!

I would highly recommend the happy hour offered either at this location or the seattle one. they run really good promos like 1.99$ angus beef trays. super good deals and you can eat as if it's all you can eat and bill comes out to be like 35$ which is crazy. the quality of food here is quite solid. also look on instagram for those "secret codes" where you can get some free little gifts lol. I don't highly recommend on regular pricing as it gets quite expensive for very little meat, but a pretty solid place otherwise
